Internship placement is not included in tuition and is never guaranteed — tuition covers class time and exam prep. How the 400 hours work →

What in-person gives you

More than a certificate — the reps behind it.

Hands-on practice

Work with real instruments and processes in the classroom, not just on a screen.

Hospital internship assistance

ATS holds signed clinical-affiliation agreements and works to place students through them. Not included in tuition, and never guaranteed.

Career support

Resume help and interview prep as you finish, plus a list of employers worth approaching.

Inside the classroom

You train with the real thing.

In-person students get hands-on with real instruments, real trays, and real sterilization workflows — not just slides.

The difference no online course can copy

Anyone can sell you a course. We get you into a hospital.

Through signed clinical-affiliation agreements with real health systems, ATS students don’t just pass an exam — they earn hands-on hospital experience employers trust. That’s the part a video library can’t give you.

Internship placement is not included in any ATS tuition. Tuition covers class time and exam preparation. Through our signed clinical-affiliation agreements we work to place students, but placement depends on facility capacity, your eligibility and your location — it is not part of what you buy, and it is never guaranteed. My experience at Aseptic Technical was very positive. The instructors were helpful and informative, and the program gave me a clear understanding of the purpose behind the tasks we perform in this field. I highly recommend this program to anyone starting their career.

Everyone was professional and respectful, and they also expect you to take the course seriously, which I think is a good thing. They provide all the materials you need, so you're never left guessing or feeling unprepared.

In-person FAQ

When does the next in-person class start?
Cohorts open regularly. Coming up in Philadelphia: Saturday mornings and Monday evenings at Mercy Fitzgerald (1500 Lansdowne Ave); Cherry Hill, NJ runs on a rolling basis. The schedule below always shows current start dates — pick one and reserve your seat.
How much is it, and do you offer payment plans?
In-person is $2,500 for the full 16-week program. You can reserve a seat with a $500 deposit and spread the balance over the next 10–12 weeks.
Where are classes held?
In the Philadelphia region — Philadelphia, PA (Mercy Fitzgerald, 1500 Lansdowne Ave) and Cherry Hill, NJ.
What makes in-person different from the virtual class?
Lab days — you work in scrubs on tray assembly, wrapping and decontamination with real instruments, which virtual students do not get. It is also the format our clinical-affiliation agreements do the most for when you are looking for your 400 hours, though placement is never included in tuition or guaranteed.
How long is the program?
16 weeks per cohort. That is class time and exam prep — internship placement is not part of it, in any format.
Do you help with job placement?
