When you give us your phone number on one of our forms, you agree we may text you about our programs — registration links, class dates, and, once you enroll, your schedule and account. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of enrolling or of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELPfor help; we'll still send messages about an active enrollment and account. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
The chat window on our site is an automated assistant, not a person. What you type into it, and what it replies, are stored and reviewed by our team so we can correct wrong answers and improve it. Don't put sensitive personal or health information into the chat — call us instead. Nothing the assistant says changes our terms, a signed enrollment agreement, or a price.
We share information only with vendors that help us operate, and only as needed: payment processing (Square), course delivery (Thinkific), forms (Jotform), portal hosting and database (Supabase), website hosting and analytics (Vercel), email (Resend), text messaging (OpenPhone), our website chat assistant, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics & Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and Microsoft Clarity). With your consent, we share relevant details with clinical partners to arrange internship placement. We do not sell your personal information.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the portal and to remember your privacy choices.
