Aseptic Technical Solutions has trained sterile processing technicians since 2017 — pairing hospital-experienced instructors with real clinical-partner internships, so students leave with both a certification and a way into the field.
No stock photos. This is the actual sterile processing work our students train on — and the field they step into.

Hands-on, every student
Real instrument traysATS started with a simple frustration: too many sterile processing programs hand students a certificate and wish them luck. The field is hands-on, and hospitals hire people who’ve done the work — not just people who passed an exam.
So we built a school around the part that actually gets people hired: real instruction from people who’ve worked in hospital sterile processing departments, paired with internship placement through signed clinical-affiliation agreements.
To open the door to a healthcare career for anyone willing to do the work — delivering hands-on sterile processing training, real certification prep, and a genuine path into a hospital job, regardless of background or zip code. We exist to create opportunity and professional development for inner-city and underserved communities that have too often been left on the outside of healthcare.
A healthcare workforce that reflects the communities it serves — where talented people from every neighborhood have a clear, supported route into stable, professional careers, and where diversity on the hospital floor is the norm, not the exception.
Whether you want the speed and flexibility of online self-study, the structure of a live virtual class, or the hands-on depth of in-person training — every path preps you for the CRCST and connects to the same mission.

Real skill beats a printed certificate. We train people to do the work hospitals actually hire for.
We welcome students of every background, age, and starting point — and we believe a healthcare workforce should reflect the communities it serves.
We focus on inner-city and underserved communities, opening a real door into a stable, professional healthcare career for people too often left out.
Your zip code shouldn’t decide your future. Self-study, virtual, and in-person paths put certification within reach nationwide.
We don’t stop at the exam. We invest in growth — coaching, internship placement, and support that continues into the job.
Through signed clinical-affiliation agreements, we stand behind our students all the way to a hospital floor.
Sterile processing is one of the most accessible doors into healthcare — no four-year degree required — and we keep that door open on purpose. ATS recruits and supports students from underrepresented and economically underserved neighborhoods, providing the training, certification prep, and professional development that turn a fresh start into a real career. For our hospital and clinical partners, that means a more diverse, community-rooted talent pipeline — built on shared values.
