Dontaye Jones serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of Aseptic Technical Solutions and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. He also carries a range of certifications, including CRCST, CHL, CIS, and CER. Additionally, Dontaye is a certified quality improvement associate (CQIA) through the American Society of Quality.
With over a decade of experience in the Central Sterile Processing field, Dontaye was appointed Central Sterile Processing/ Clinical Operations Manager for several major healthcare facilities: Successfully managing CMS and JCAHO site visits in Philadelphia and South New Jersey. A respected member of the Central Sterile community from achieving clinical success through hard work and dedication to some of the top healthcare facilities in the United States, Dontaye' Jones's extensive knowledge of patient safety, risk reduction, state and federal accreditation standards recognizes him as a highly regarded leader, coach, and teacher.
Dontaye has long been on the cutting edge of harm reduction, quality improvement, and patient safety and is often researching and improving sterile processing/OR relations. In addition, Dontaye's exemplary communication style makes him the perfect candidate to inspire, educate, collaborate and integrate best safety practices into the classroom and operating room.
Dontaye enjoys working out, traveling, sports, and competitive gaming when not in the operating room and classroom.

Terry Scott has selflessly served in the Central Sterile community for over a decade. In this short tenure, Terry poise and knowledge led to an acknowledgment as a Super Champion, by his most notable achievement as a Grand Slam Crown, in the field of Sterile Processing: a minority of high achievers in his field. Recognized as 1 of 108 worldwide individuals to hold this title. The small minority of individuals possess certifications in four (4) areas of Central Sterilization: CRCST, CIS, CER and CHL.
Terry’s strong ability to understand theoretical knowledge of sterilization and apply this knowledge in technical forms has demonstrated “out of the box” solutions to what Terry believes are processing most challenging areas: lean production costs and improved staff productivity.
Terry’s clear vision, persistence and strong ability to build sustainable relationships- based on trust, has not gone without notice. Terry was appointed Chairman of the Shared Governance Committee at the Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia PA. a platform that allowed him to connect the dots of opportunity, lead by example and promote change.
Terry’s accomplishments as an Agent of Change is America’s new requirement for leadership success: allowing Terry to maximize his impact and influence both within and outside of the classroom.

Michael Thinner is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Aseptic Technical Solutions, offering education and training to motivated students seeking to learn sterilization techniques: ultimately preparing them to sitfor the IAHCSMM Sterilization Certification examination.
Michael’s passion for patient safety spans over a decade, lending him as a notable field expert with a compelling desire to reduce healthcare associated infections (HAIS). After spending more than 10 years honing his skills as a Certified Central Service Technician, Michael knows what it truly takes to promote patient safety practices worldwide.
Michael’s has worked in several of Philadelphia’s top Level 1 Trauma Centers landing him as a highly desired field expert.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Additionally, Michael is a Certified Central Service Technician and holds certifications as an Instrument Specialist and Certified Healthcare Leader.
In his spare time, Michael is an enthusiastic Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys live entertainment and doesn’t mind donning an apron to prepare an exquisite meal for friends and family.
