His journey through various roles, from technician to lead tech, supervisor, O.R. Operations Manager, and now as a systems educator, reflects his deep commitment to the field.
Michael's pursuit of knowledge led him to leverage educational benefits at the health systems he worked with, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business in 2016.
